Our company history

Krencz IT was founded by Krencz Máté. He took his first steps as a self-employed entrepreneur while still at university —in practical classes and internships, he saw SMEs trying to address digital shortcomings through compromises. While still at university, he founded Krencz IT Kft. in 2022 to help businesses grow through larger, scalable operations focused entirely on creating value.

Its approach is iterative and data-driven: progress comes in small steps, feedback is continuous, and every decision is assessed against its expected business impact.

A shift in focus

Krencz IT is a young company, but a major milestone has already reshaped its present and future. Following a shift in focus, comprehensive digitalisation and the development of our own software products became our core activities, replacing a narrower emphasis on IT operations. Our goal is to make the operations of more than 100 businesses transparent and AI-ready with the Rapid product family over the next three years. The shift was successful. Examples include Alukolor Kft.'s production digitalisation, where paperless MES reduced lead time by 29%, and the introduction of Rapid Ügyvitel at RAPID Property & Tax, where the improvements substantially increased task visibility.

We believe digitalisation requires a process- and AI-focused approach rather than off-the-shelf software: first we understand our clients' processes, then we implement them in software, and finally we make them data-driven and capable of improvement—while maintaining fast responses and solutions without compromise.
