How our work together begins
We begin with a short, free discovery consultation to define the business problem, desired outcome, and timeframe together. If we can deliver real value, we arrange a detailed requirements assessment.
We ask clients to define business objectives, describe processes, list current tools and stakeholders, and identify any legal, security, or infrastructure constraints. We gather this information in a two- to three-hour workshop, on site if required, mapping the complete process together.
After approval of the proposal, we refine the schedule together, agree milestones and resources, and sign the contract. At the same time, we open a shared project board where every task and deadline is visible in real time.
What does implementation, development, or consulting look like step by step?

Once all requirements and developments are complete, we launch during a low-traffic period. After handing over technical documentation, we provide interactive user training, focusing on practical exercises and questions and answers rather than a separate manual.
We provide ongoing support:
- issue reporting by ticket or phone on working days from 08:00 to 16:00,
- responses within guaranteed timescales,
- we analyse continuously and resolve emerging problems promptly.
At project close, we summarise the results in a final review: which KPIs we achieved and where further optimisation is possible. We continue supporting the system and offer a long-term support package.
Our SLA-based maintenance agreement includes the following services:
- continuous system monitoring,
- version updates and security patches,
- additional features on request.
Monthly reports, quarterly reviews, and our 08:00–16:00 hotline keep the system aligned with current business needs.
